Based in Wilmington, this must-run event in America’s smallest state brings runners together in the heart of Tubman-Garrett Riverfront Park. The course is built around a large loop that highlights the landscaped banks of the Christina River and downtown.
The route features gently rolling terrain, alternating between fast sections along the Riverfront’s pedestrian paths, tree-lined stretches through Brandywine Creek park, and crossings of historic residential neighborhoods. The itinerary is popular for its wide roads and numerous aid stations.
