Detroit Marathon

The Detroit Marathon features a unique cross-border route linking Michigan to Ontario. The pack sets off along the broad avenues of the Motor City, weaving between the metropolis’ industrial heritage and the downtown skyscrapers.

Among the highlights of the course, the elevated crossing of the Ambassador Bridge delivers panoramic views over the Detroit River, before a below-water passage through the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel to set foot on Canadian soil.
