Palm Beaches Marathon

Right in the middle of December, this Florida stopover delivers a tropical escape along the lagoon of West Palm Beach. The field sets off on Flagler Drive for a waterfront route, weaving between palm trees and historic façades.

The flat profile makes for smooth running without a single bump. A detour over the bridges leads onto the island of Palm Beach and its upscale neighborhoods, before a very fluid return along the Intracoastal. Accessible and sunny, the event was offered as a marathon, half marathon and relay.
