The Sunshine Coast Marathon, held in Alexandra Headland in Australia, offers several distances including the marathon, the half marathon, the 10K, the 5K and a 2K race. The course, AIMS certified, is known for its very flat profile and speed. It takes runners along white-sand beaches to Mudjimba Beach, through Twin Waters and on the Sunshine Motorway.
