Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon

The Twin Cities Marathon offers a sweeping urban-and-nature crossing linking Minnesota’s two major cities, Minneapolis and Saint Paul. Along a course renowned for its fall colors, runners pass a succession of city lakes before taking the wide, tree-lined boulevards that follow the Mississippi River. The route delivers standout highlights, including the miles around Lake Harriet, the crossing of the historic bridge linking both banks, and the climb up Summit Avenue, lined with old Victorian mansions.
