A fully immersive Florida experience, this event runs through the entire Walt Disney World complex in Orlando. The start is given in the earliest hours of the night with fireworks, sending runners through Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom.
The course features a very flat, smooth profile, punctuated by musical entertainment, bands, and meet-and-greets with characters from the Disney universe. Between the sections linking the different parks, the crowds of supporters and volunteers keep the atmosphere lively throughout the morning. Held early in the year, the event also includes a half marathon, 5 and 10K races, as well as the Dopey Challenge for those who love stacking events.
