Under her social media handle @Joggeuse, this 25-year-old Parisian shares her love for running. On Instagram, she creates and shares content that brings together a community of running enthusiasts with advice, tips, and amusing anecdotes.

| How did you discover running?

“Running has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, almost a family tradition. As kids, my father would take my siblings and me for a run every Sunday afternoon, come rain, snow, or wind. I started athletics at 12 and did it for five years. I stopped running during my higher education but returned to my first love in 2022 and haven’t stopped since.”

| What do you enjoy most about this sport?

There’s a multitude of things that fuel this passionate runner, but surprisingly, it’s not necessarily the finish line. “I love the journey, the effort, the motivation during the preparation phase… That’s what leads us to the finish. It’s like a project with stages: before, during, and after. It’s the solo endeavor that’s addictive; you push your limits, and it’s all up to you.”

| A particularly memorable moment?

“I’d say my first marathon, in Paris, 2022, when I was 23. It was absolutely crazy; my loved ones were there, everyone was present when I finished. I couldn’t stop crying; it felt like an achievement, powered by the support of my family.” Her words reflect the passion and precious memories of that moment—a lasting blend of physical effort, recognition, and the loving support of her family.

” Running is truly a team sport. “

| The unique aspect of running?

“Running is truly a team sport. I’m often accompanied during training, and in races, you’re never really alone. There’s a lot of people, we’re all friends… I believe without this support, you can’t progress.”

| A dream in running?

“I dream of going to Australia, and of course, I’d love to run the Sydney Marathon, which is now part of the World Marathon Majors circuit.”

| A motto before a marathon?

“Pasta, water, sleep”, she exclaims with a laugh.

According to her, for it to truly resonate, you need to repeat it several times in a row. We tried it, and it almost stuck with us after the interview.

| A running-dedicated social media account

“On Instagram, Joggeuse devotes her account to her passion for running and challenges. She shares her training, tips, anecdotes… Creating content is her passion: she loves taking photos, making videos, creating Reels, and posting them. Her content is spontaneous, and she is passionate about motivating her community.”

As she rightly says: “Love and support are free and do good”.

| Goals for 2025

For this year, Joggeuse has already secured several race bibs. Here’s her promising and ambitious calendar:

  • Paris Marathon, her favorite race, running in tandem with her dad to accompany him to the finish.
  • London Marathon, aiming to get closer to 3 hours (current PB: 3h10 in Paris 2024).
  • Geneva Marathon, to explore and enjoy the city.
  • Valencia Marathon, striving for sub-3 hours.

An action-packed year that promises to be incredible!

Thank you for this conversation, we wish you to achieve all your goals this year.
