La Parisienne x Les Belles Foulées: a fresh approach to reaching your goals through the joy of running
What better way to prepare for an all-women's race than with a programme designed specifically for women, and for none other than La Parisienne?
In 2025, Les Belles Foulées, the running community founded by Pauline Bouzom, is launching a unique initiative to bring as many women as possible together as they prepare for this iconic race in the heart of Paris, taking place on 14 September 2025. Starting on 23 June, a 12-week programme will help every participant feel ready, confident and motivated on race day.
| A tailored programme not to be missed
For three months, Pauline will support you across every aspect of your running: listening to your body, managing effort and building mental strength. The aim of this BootCamp: to improve, build confidence and feel proud of yourself. This experience will keep you motivated all the way to the La Parisienne finish line.
Joining the programme means daily support from Pauline and a team of health professionals, always on hand to motivate you and answer your questions. This comprehensive programme is designed to give you:
● Guided sessions: Pauline talks you through every session in your headphones.
● A progressive online programme: a training plan, plus detailed advice in videos, audio sessions and articles.
● An active community: access to a WhatsApp group reserved for participants, where you can share doubts, successes, questions and encouragement.
● Exclusive resources: articles, tutorials and videos covering essential topics such as strength training, stretching, recovery and injury prevention.
● Race day together: a get-together the day before the event to build motivation and feel ready for the morning ahead.
In a supportive, inclusive and motivating environment, this programme supports you every day, whatever your level or pace. The sporting challenge is to make running a space for collective achievement, while keeping the joy of it at the heart of the experience. Alongside the BootCamp, you can also join the Run and Breathe evenings organised by Sarra, a breathing specialist, and Pauline. The next sessions will take place on Monday 30 June and Monday 8 September in the Motte-Picquet Grenelle neighbourhood of Paris's 15th arrondissement.
| Expert support to build confidence and dare to go further
Making progress at your own pace, without pressure or judgement, is the philosophy behind Les Belles Foulées. Pauline, a coach active on social media who “helps women feel good in their trainers”, is joined by a range of sports and health professionals to help you shape your best possible La Parisienne finisher profile. Whether you are new to running or an experienced racer, you will find a programme suited to your level, needs and goals. This kind of support comes at a cost, but isn't that the price worth paying to stay motivated whatever the weather and the demands of everyday life?
This commitment has several aims: to give you structure while keeping you free in your practice, to give you the time and confidence to complete each planned session, and to stop feeling intimidated so you can lace up without fear. With Pauline's interactive audio sessions, there is no need to feel apprehensive: you are supported on every run and guided at every stage.
In this setting, an immersive adventure awaits everyone who wants to experience running as a collective pursuit, combining shared motivation with Pauline's support. Throughout the adventure, Pauline remains by your side. Coach, guide and motivator, she is supported by other sports and health professionals to offer you a valuable, expert action plan tailored to your needs.
“Creating a movement where every woman, whatever her level, can find inspiration, support and motivation. Together, we are reinventing the way women experience running.
| La Parisienne is a race like no other
Every year, La Parisienne celebrates women's running in a festive, supportive and inclusive atmosphere. The course is a postcard brought to life: the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, the Champs-Élysées, the Grand Palais... a magical journey through the capital, just for you.
In 2025, for its 28th edition, La Parisienne returns with an inspiring theme celebrating women's power: Super Heroines. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced runner, you can choose from several formats: a 10 km race, or a 7 km race or walk.
